A Christmas Breakfast Menu

Chef Reiton, Michael, and I got to share Christmas (Eve) breakfast together this year, and this is what we had:


- Spanish Tortilla Omelette from Joy of Cooking -- so yummy and so easy with fried sliced potatoes and onions tossed with scrambled eggs that are cooked for a few minutes in the pan then finished in the broiler
- segmented oranges and ruby red grapefruit with blackberries
- Sour Cream Coffeecake with Cinnamon Chocolate Swirl from Baked: New Frontiers in Baking
- fried sausage links and patties

I think the best part was just being together, but eating a special breakfast together certainly contributed to a wonderful morning!
